Local governments and major institutions are deeply engaged in preparing for a population shift towards older adults. SASCC has led the effort in Silicon Valley to take a data-driven approach to developing roadmaps for service coordination, program development, and organizational capacity building. 

Small nonprofits are impacted by budget cuts, limitations on volunteer leadership, and executives who wear too many hats. SASCC does pro-bono work for nonprofits with organizational budgets under $1M to assist with sustainability, grant sourcing and writing, strategic partnerships, and administrative support.
